Space is limited, so reserve your mat and join us for a calming morning of sound and renewal. Guests are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in comfortably.

Please bring:
• A yoga mat or comfortable floor mat
• A pillow or cushion for head support
• A pillow or cushion for under the knees (recommended for extra comfort)
• A towel or blanket for additional comfort
• Water if you'd like to stay hydrated

What to Expect During the Experience
  • This mid-morning sound bath offers a peaceful pause to slow down and reconnect. As the spring equinox marks a season of renewal and balance, this session invites you to settle in, relax, and open space for fresh energy and intention.

  • Experiencing sound in a group setting creates a unique collective energy. While each person has their own experience, the shared environment often deepens the sense of calm and connection.

  • Lydia Clark of Body Zen brings over 30 years of experience using music and sound to support wellness. As a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, she creates immersive soundscapes designed to soothe the nervous system and restore balance.

  • Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably while allowing the sounds to wash over them. The space is intentionally quiet and supportive so you can fully relax and receive the experience.

  • After the session, you’re welcome to take a few moments to stretch, reflect, and notice how you feel before continuing with the rest of your day.

Event Timeline
  • To help maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment for everyone, we ask that participants arrive before the session begins at 10:30 AM. Once the sound bath has started, late entry may not be possible so that the group can remain fully immersed in the experience.

  • Guests are encouraged to arrive about 15 minutes early to settle in, set up their mat and cushions, and get comfortable without interrupting the experience once it begins. We will be there starting at 10:00 AM to welcome you and help guide you into the space.

  • Participants will be resting on the floor during the session, so bringing items that help you feel comfortable is encouraged. A yoga mat, pillows or cushions, and a blanket or towel can make the experience more relaxing. Wearing comfortable clothing is also recommended so you can fully settle into the session.

  • A QuietSound baths are designed to be a peaceful and meditative experience. Guests are asked to silence their phones and minimize conversation once the session begins so everyone can enjoy the calming environment., Restful Space

  • The group sound bath will begin promptly at 10:30 AM. This 60-minute immersive sound experience invites you to rest comfortably while soothing sounds help relax the body and calm the mind.

  • The session will conclude around 11:30 AM. You’re welcome to take a few moments afterward to stretch, gather your belongings, and ease back into the day while the space gently winds down.
